Having the right location for your business is also an important aspect you cannot ignore. Every seed has the right soil, so is your vision? I have lived in different environments in my vision development journey. I have learned a lot of lessons from the differences. Environments are not the same, but none is bad. What kind of environment do you feel suitable for the growth of your vision? Include that in your plan and search for it. Can you afford to live there? How do you want to make that possible?
Do the right facilities exist in the environment you are operating in? Are the right partners, staff or customers you need available? What about the raw materials you need to use? Are they available in the environment or you will need to import from somewhere? These are some of the top questions you need to answer to do what is right and necessary in your development.
There is a setback in working in the wrong environment. Growth will be slow and frustrating. You will have a high cost of doing business.
