We cherish personal development idea in our home. Each of our children is working on a dream. We train them not only as children, but also leaders.
My idea is to have a wife who will lead leaders if I die first. I gave her a difficult test: choose between relating with you as a wife and leader or only as a wife. I told her that the first will be tough sometimes with many things to learn, but the second will be smooth without self- development requirements. She chose the first. A great choice. That happened some years ago. I am glad because she is also working on herself and becoming the leader of her dream.
Only human beings have formal schools. All animals receive education at home. We must turn our homes into personal development centres. I am learning from my wife and children in diverse ways. They are also learning from me. Learning together is better.
