HE DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT I WANTED HIM TO DO

The person who handles the typesetting of my manuscripts to A5 book format is a skillful person who loves his job. I really love working with him and want our partnership to continue. However, I am moving my work to the next stage and need someone to handle the professional conversion into ebook format. I called him and asked if he can do it. “No. I have not done it before,” he replied. He also told me that I was not the first to ask him.

What that means is he may lose the transaction if he doesn’t upgrade. That is why I have been insisting that there is a need to first become more if you want to do more. You will lose some important opportunities if you don’t upgrade.

  1. The truth is one can only do more is he or she knows more. One must keep expanding their knowledge horizon in order to do better and earn more.
In the words of C.S Lewis, “the only people who achieve much are those who want knowledge so badly, that they seek it while the conditions are still unfavorable. Favourable conditions never come.”
