JOB SEEKERS WILL FACE DARKER DAYS

Nigeria’s population according to the US Census Bureau is growing at 3.2% a year. They postulated that “…there will be an estimated 402 million people in Nigeria in 2050.” Can the government alone employ our growing population?

The future will favour entrepreneurs (owners of companies). To add value to Nigeria and the world in general, I invite our youths into the world of entrepreneurship. We have to arise and create opportunities for ourselves and others.

Our company, NACHAU TUROMALE CENTRE LTD was developed to train and help entrepreneurs. We are passionate about that. You will find our branded courses very useful.  I have done a little survey of about twenty successful people and I discovered some of their secrets. Some important things they do that many of us don’t know about. Someone asked me a question sometime ago, during my QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION on Facebook. “WHICH BUSINESS WILL GROW FAST IN GOMBI LGA.”

“Which problem is disturbing Gombi people without a solution? Can you provide the solution? If yes, then you are in business. Every business is a solution to a problem,” I replied.

The civil service Job is good, but it does not lead to sustainability. After working for thirty-five years, you will retire and your son or daughter cannot continue from where you will stop. He or she must start from low to high. Every generation of civil servants is moving but not moving beyond retirement. I was concerned when I went to Yola sometime ago. I saw many men and women who were vibrant. Now they are old and retired. It is a season we must all approach with care as young people. Our turn will come. How ready and prepared are we to face it. As for me, I will not retire because of the nature of my work as an entrepreneur. Only death can retire me. What about you? Start a company now that you are young and develop it.

Engage in personal development. Become more to do more.
