As a book writing consultant, trainer, coach and writer, I have often received writing intentions or manuscripts from different writers. I have worked with some in polishing their manuscripts. I am often concerned about the lack of patience of many of the writers. They are in a hurry to release their books.
You can’t write a book like that. Writing is like cooking. You must first get the ingredients, prepare them, cook them well before you serve to people. The patience to cook well is often missing in the line of duty of many writers.
Don’t write to meet the launching dateline, write for legacy. Do your homework well. That is one of the top qualities of extra leaders. They offer excellence to God as worship.
