A story is told of a preacher who quoted Jesus in the process of
preaching in a village. He asked that as wicked as the people are
if their children ask them for fish, will they give them a snake?
Unknown to the preacher, he had confused the people, because
snake meat is their favourite in the village. The preacher did not
study the audience. His message was not understood. If you
don‘t analyze your audience properly, you will end up producing
a book that will not be used effectively.
Write with your readers not for your readers.
