1. Jesus came for our personal development. To move us from natural to supernatural.
2. We were created with raw talents or potential. We cannot use them effectively if we don’t develop them. A day of accountability is coming when everyone will account for his or her use of talents.
3. I wouldn’t have developed the capacity to work on my vision without going through it.
4. We cannot do more if we don’t first become more.
5. Everyone or organization needs a solution not a liability.
6. The world is developing rapidly. You will be left behind in frustration if you don’t develop yourself.
7. No one is useless in God’s master plan. Everyone has an assignment to accomplish for God.
8. Your level of income is often determined by your capacity.
9. You will be mistreated by those who see you as a liability and that can lead to depression, bitterness, wrong lifestyle, and crisis.
