We have alot of local problems, local solutions, education, exposure, high population, alot of leadership experiences and heroes. Our diverse cultures are untapped libraries. We are excellent and natural storytellers. It is in our lineages. We can tell our stories better.
It is time to arise and write valuable books. We cannot have sustainable development if our elders continue to die with their wisdom undocumented.
The major thing we need is a professional midteam. Those who can cover the gap between raw contents from the authors to polished contents in the market place. Together we can do that, by God’s grace. That is one of the gaps our company exists to cover.
We need extraleaders: Those who live well, lead well and write well.
