This question can also apply to non Africans. After many years of training Africans in diverse ways, I discovered various reasons for the backwardness of many Africans. These points are standing out:
1. The systems of education and living in most cases are non-organic to Africans. They often operate as secondary participants.
2. A distorted philosophy of life. They lack the intentional systematic and scientific understanding of how ideas are developed from the raw to the applied versions.
3. The few active ones live among weak economic neighbours, friends and relatives. They beg them for assistance until the business capital is touched and exhausted. Those who are surviving this pressure are not the dominant participants.
4. Corruption in diverse places. The main systems the government needs to provide are weak because of corruption. People have to struggle alot through unnecessary obstacles to flourish.
I will share more in the next part.
