“There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1 NLT).
One day I went to a bank a few minutes before the official opening time. I had to wait outside the bank. Immediately the right time came, the door of the bank was opened. The only reason the door was shut was the time.
Maybe you have successfully identified your responsibility; but you are facing discouragement, rejection and criticism. You have a good idea, but many people don’t see it from your point of view. You have probably invested your money and even borrowed money in trying to make your task work, but still, nothing profitable seems to come out of it. Probably you are in debt that you need to pay or be jailed. Occasionally, you think of giving up. Do not worry; take your handkerchief and wipe away your tears, because one day, the right time will surely come and the desire to give up will turn to moving on. Tears of sadness will become those of joy.
Whenever people are struggling with problems, you can be of help. This does not mean you will be free from problems when your right time comes; rather, it means that despite all challenges, you would have become more mature in handling them. Israel Ore- Adewole shared a story of a type of bamboo tree being grown in an Asian country. When planted, the seed remains in the ground for six years before it shoots out in the seventh year. Within one year, it grows taller than all the trees growing before it (Ore – Adewole, 2002, p. 14 -15). You are going through a similar process as this bamboo tree.
Moses lived for 120 years. He lived forty years in Egypt; forty years in the wilderness (shepherding and raising a family); and another forty years being active in ministry. Moses had spent eighty years before the right time.
John the Baptist lived in the desert until the right time came for him to appear publicly to Israel (Luke 1:80).
When Jesus’ mother wanted Him to act before His time, He said to her, “Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come” (John 2:4 KJV).

I guess Iam like that palm tree. A Pastor I never known in my life once told me that though I’ve begun my building project, he is assuming me that I’m going to face challenges that will caused me a serious delay in completion that to even talk of moving inn likewise, some people that I may be the one to encourage, persuade to purchase plots or a plot of land and to build, will first me moving inn to their houses but that shouldn’t discourage or weakened my hope and faith in God. He further said God is aware of why such will happen and I should just hold on to His right time and that when the time comes, I will the goodness of God. He said my own house shall be much more better than those who completed theirs before me or rather He will bless me with what I never expected. Till this very moment, I’m yet to move into my house which those that I personally encouraged them to buy plots were mocking me. I am once encouraged by your message on “TIME” I mean God’s time.
thanks MoG.
Okay. Keep on trusting God.
“God makes things beautiful in His time.”
