TYPES OF GROWTH

The kind of growth you need will determine the kind of approach you will use. I have identified a few types that can be helpful:

  1. Skinny growth: Malnutrition could be one of the factors responsible. Such growth can lead to many weaknesses. A little storm can shatter the pillars of growth.
  2. Tall: Your area of responsibility is growing tall, but not fat. It is like a well that is deep, but not wide.
  3. Obese: In this growth, you will have fatness of area of responsibility, but not strategic one. You will grow in size but lack many valuable things in content. It can lead to slow-paced development in what you are doing.
  4. Short: This is a type of growth where you are not showing much outer signs, but inwardly you are feeling the expansion. This often leads to frustration in the sense of assessing yourself with your contemporaries.
  5. Muscular: This type involves proper balance in the factors that lead to growth. I know how difficult it is to keep fit physically. It involves a series of exercises and diet. Likewise, it is not easy to have muscular growth in your area of responsibility because it involves different tough tasks. Many people don’t often go for it because it does not lead to fast growth. It needs a structure that will outlive you.
