INTRA, INTER AND MASS

We are mainly products of local input. We need to contribute from our areas of strength. That will lead to harmony at the global level.
Communication occurs at different levels. Each level requires packaging and sharing. It is important for communicators to communicate their ideas effectively. Experts in communication have categorized it into three stages: “Intra, Inter and Mass.” These are also applicable to thinking locally and sharing globally. The ‘Intra,’ which is within, can be seen as the local stage. The ‘Inter’ (between two or more) represents the development of the local ideas through interaction with neighbouring cultures. The ‘Mass’ represents the global stage.
God has distributed resources in various places. What continent ‘A’ needs may be highly available in continent ‘B.’ Asking each other for diverse views or contributions is a strong way of exposing our weaknesses and strengths. We need to admit that nobody has everything he or she needs in one place. We have to learn from one another if we want effective balance in the cross-cultural world of development. Roots of different trees interact silently underground. That is a lesson to human beings.
Plants can grow taller than the walls that surround them. Local ideas are from local sources. The global platform is formed when cultures from different nations come together using a common platform for sharing ideas. The journey of these cultures to that stage is a testing process. Everyone is a useful learner and contributor at the global platform.
