In my journey of advising leaders, I realized that most leaders know what they want to do, but need to know the most effective ways to do it. Three areas emerged as leaders’ top needs: innovation, strategy and tactics. Any leader who is empowered in these three areas can become an extra-leader and achieve extra-results. My job is to help leaders achieve extra-results through innovation, strategies and tactics. Internal growth manifests externally.
