EXTRA LEADERS MEMBERSHIP

Nachau.com is a centre for personal development. It is a community of people who engage in personal development. They are known as extra leaders. They are committed to becoming more to do more. They connect and improve their productivity by working together through sharing of values.

There are three models of membership:

EXTRA LEADERS GREEN
This group is general. All registered members are part of this group. Our common values connect us at this level. Everyone at this stage needs basic information and mentoring on how best to implement their or her plan and ideas for meaningful and sustainable productivity. The seminar at this level is known as PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR.

Goal: To connect and share ideas for the personal development of members at the general level.

EXTRA LEADERS ORANGE (DEVELOPERS)
A specific/special registration is required to belong to this level of personal development. These are leaders who already have their companies or organizations and need to connect and learn about how to enhance some specific areas of their personal and organizational development. Only those who have companies or organizations can belong to this group. They have special training programmes that will meet their needs as developers. It is known as DEVELOPERS SEMINAR.

Goal: To provide the necessary information, ideas and mentorship to those who are handling the practical developmental challenges of developing their companies.

EXTRA LEADERS BLUE (MENTORS)
This is the premium model. It is for leaders of successful organizations or companies, who need to connect, share and get information for personal development at the premium level. It requires a specific premium registration to be a member of this group. They can also serve as mentors, facilitators, coaches etc. to other leaders at the green and orange levels. Their training programme is known as MENTORS SEMINAR.

Goal: To connect successful leaders for mutual sharing of ideas which are relevant for their continuous personal/organizational development and support others at green and orange levels to also succeed.
