I had an interesting conversation with my first son, who is the CEO of our company about our family line of business. We talked about the strategy of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. “You are Isaac, dig the wells for us, Daddy,” he said. (Isaac had dug various wells in his time).

His response got me into deep thinking. “Yes, I am Isaac. I will dig many wells for Jacob and his children to use in their times. Help me God.”
