2. They have international exposure.
3. They are passionate about providing original, locally tailored solutions to the problems they aim to solve.
4. Each of them is leading his or her organization as a visionary leader.
5. They have a strong commitment to excellence and invest considerable resources to achieve outstanding results.
6. They are open to learning and receptive to better ideas than their own.
7. They are all speakers and trainers at various levels.
8. None of them considers book writing as a primary profession.
We have recently upgraded our book writing training and coaching programme to target a specific niche and are now focusing on leaders who possess these qualities.
Instead of simply instructing them on what to do and expecting them to apply the lessons later, I engaged with them directly on their manuscripts and shared valuable insights along the way. The process ultimately yielded the best results.
