The first time I spoke at an international publishing conference was in 2015, organized by Media Associates International in Singapore.
The level of conversations was highly curious. Participants from different continents were interested in hearing diverse stories.
The lesson was clear that diversity is the strength of international publishing. What is ordinary in one country is extraordinary in another.
African writers have a lot to offer. “Would the international publishing industry be complete without the African input?” Collaboration is necessary for cross-cultural learning and sharing.
We are open for such a partnership.
